Ashutosh Pandey

I am Ashutosh Pandey, a full-stack engineer with over 2 years of experience building production-grade systems across Web, Blockchain, and DeFi, with a strong focus on Rust-based backend engineering. I previously worked with Nomadiq, where I built machine learning models and backend systems that powered core product features and scaled the platform to over 5000 active users. I am also an Arbitrum Ambassador, contributing to developer ecosystem growth and protocol adoption through technical advocacy and community initiatives.

I have hands-on experience owning systems end to end, building Rust microservices using Axum, Actix Web, Tokio, and Diesel ORM with PostgreSQL, alongside Node.js and Express backends and React and Next.js frontends. I have deployed and operated scalable infrastructure on AWS and GCP, and built Solana smart contracts and backend services for Web3 products.

In addition to full time roles, I have delivered over 200+ hours of freelance production work, independently shipping features from design to deployment. Working in lean teams has made me comfortable taking full ownership of complex systems while balancing performance, reliability, and product requirements.
